At Mad Dog Laces, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.

Return & Refund Guidelines

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. After this period, we are unable to process returns or issue refunds.
  • Product Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received to be eligible for a refund.
  • Restocking Fee: Any returns received in opened packaging will incur a 15% restocking fee.
  • Refund Amount: Refunds will be issued for the product excluding any shipping costs, as shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Final Sale Items: Discounted or clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Third-Party Purchases: Items purchased from third-party retailers or distributors must be returned directly to the place of purchase. We do not accept returns for items bought outside of MadDogLaces.com.
  • Lost or Damaged Returns: We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. To ensure your return reaches us safely, we highly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method.
  • Proof of Return: Refunds will not be issued without actual receipt of the returned item or proof of delivery.
  • Return Condition: If a returned item does not meet our guidelines, we may send it back at the customer’s expense.
